Working closely with the Sales Manager and dealership team, you will play a key role in maximising finance opportunities, ensuring compliance, and contributing to overall dealership performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing customers with tailored finance and insurance solutions
- Presenting and explaining finance, insurance, and aftermarket products
- Managing finance applications from submission to settlement
- Ensuring compliance with lending regulations and dealership policies
- Building strong relationships with customers and finance partners
- Achieving individual and dealership finance penetration targets
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with the sales team to enhance the customer experience
About You
- Previous experience in automotive finance & insurance or a similar sales role (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a commitment to achieving targets
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of compliance and lending requirements (preferred)
- Current driver’s licence required
