Accounts Clerk

Ferntree Gully Toyota & Waverley Toyota are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team based in Ferntree Gully

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Entering of creditor invoices and maintaining vendor files
• Processing and managing daily / weekly / monthly payment runs to suppliers
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up discrepancies and queries
• Maintain organised and up to date record keeping for internal audit and compliance
• Liaise with other internal departments regarding outstanding payments
• Issuing monthly statements and chasing up of outstanding invoices

Skills & Experience:

• Accounts Payable / Receivable in a similar dealership role
• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
• Knowledge of TUNE DMS highly advantages
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Positive, proactive team-oriented attitude
