Vehicle Sales Consultant

Essendon Kia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing dealership team. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong sales results in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Representing one of Australia's fastest-growing automotive brands, you will guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery. What you will be doing:

• Engage with customers in the showroom and across digital channels
• Present and demonstrate Kia vehicles confidently
• Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
• Work closely with Business Managers to maximise every opportunity
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within dealership systems
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction

What you need:

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Automotive sales experience highly regarded but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated, results-driven mindset
• Confidence building rapport and identifying customer needs
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
• Current driver's licence and Australian working rights
