Service Receptionist

About the Role

We are currently seeking a well-presented, customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our dealership. In this frontline role, you'll be the first point of contact for our service guests—whether they're walking into the dealership or calling us over the phone. You'll play a vital part in ensuring every customer feels welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet service customers in person and over the phone in a friendly, professional manner

• Coordinate the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge

• Liaise with service advisors and technicians to ensure customer needs are met

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages for the Service Department

• Assist with daily administrative tasks including booking confirmations and updates in the ERA system

• Prepare next-day Repair Orders, key tags, and perform warranty and campaign checks

• Update customer contact details and ensure accurate data entry

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a busy customer service or front-of-house role

• Confident phone manner and clear communication skills

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

• High standard of personal presentation and professionalism

• Prior experience in automotive or service reception is an advantage, but not essential
