Service Advisor

Essendon Mitsubishi is seeking a customer-focused and organised Service Advisor to join our aftersales team in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role plays a key part in delivering an outstanding service experience, acting as the link between customers and the workshop.

Working closely with technicians and the service team, you will manage customer bookings, provide clear communication throughout the service process, and ensure every interaction is professional, efficient, and positive.

What you will be doing:

• Greet customers and manage service bookings and enquiries
• Prepare repair orders and accurately record customer requirements
• Communicate with technicians regarding job progress and timelines
• Provide updates to customers throughout the service process
• Upsell additional services and maintenance where appropriate
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all touchpoints

What you need:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• A customer-first mindset with a professional approach
• Confidence using computer systems and dealership software
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
