Essendon Kia are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team on a permanent full-time basis, including participation in a Saturday roster.
Acting as the key point of contact between our customers and workshop, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and professional service experience from start to finish.This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers and booking in vehicle service and repair work
• Providing accurate estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the service process
• Liaising with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and clear communication
• Identifying and recommending additional services and products where appropriate
• Managing customer enquiries, concerns, and follow-ups
• Ensuring all documentation and system updates are completed accurately
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Experience with dealership systems (preferred but not essential)
• A current and valid driver's licence
