Service Advisor

About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our friendly and professional team at Essendon Kia. This is a full-time role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our service customers, ensuring they receive a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and managing service enquiries

• Booking and scheduling service appointments

• Liaising with the workshop to ensure timely repairs and updates

• Providing accurate cost estimates and explaining work required

• Managing invoicing and warranty claims

• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service at every interaction

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a motivated Service Advisor with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic mechanical knowledge to confidently explain work required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

• Valid Australian working rights and current driver’s licence
