Sales Manager

Essendon Kia is seeking an experienced and driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a high-performing, customer-focused dealership environment. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing a strong team culture, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage daily new vehicle sales operations
• Drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants to maximise individual and team success
• Oversee sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
• Manage stock control, vehicle ordering, and allocation
• Work closely with Finance and Aftersales teams to maximise dealership performance
• Implement and support sales campaigns and dealership initiatives

What you need:

• Proven experience in automotive sales leadership (Sales Manager or similar)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
• High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong understanding of dealership sales processes
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
