Reconditioning Manager

About the Role

As our Reconditioning Co‑Ordinator, you’ll oversee the full vehicle reconditioning process, ensuring every car is prepared to an exceptional standard before reaching our customers. This role is central to the quality, presentation, and turnaround time of our vehicles.
You’ll coordinate suppliers, manage workflow timelines, track vehicle progress, and maintain accurate records to keep the reconditioning pipeline running efficiently.

Skills & Experience
· Strong organisational and time‑management skills
· Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and suppliers
· Experience in automotive, service, or logistics (preferred)
· High attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Confident communicator with problem‑solving ability
