Receptionist

Essendon Mitsubishi is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dealership team. This role is the first point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone, playing a key part in creating a welcoming and positive dealership experience.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will support multiple departments through front-of-house administration, customer interaction, and day-to-day coordination. This opportunity is ideal for someone who brings great energy, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

What you will be doing:

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
• Act as the first point of contact for showroom and phone-based enquiries
• Assist with general administration and dealership support tasks
• Manage customer bookings and appointment coordination where required
• Maintain accurate records and dealership documentation
• Ensure reception and customer areas remain professional and organised
• Deliver a positive and engaging customer experience at every interaction

What you need:

• Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
• Friendly, professional, and high-energy approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confident computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• A team-focused attitude with willingness to support multiple departments
