Parts Interpreter

About the Role
We are looking for a Parts Interpreter to join the team at Essendon Ford. In this role, you’ll provide parts support to both internal and external customers, working closely with technicians, the service department, and retail guests. This is a key position in the dealership, keeping parts operations running smoothly and ensuring the right parts are sourced, ordered, and delivered on time.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter or similar automotive parts role
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with orders and stock
• Good computer skills and experience with dealership systems is highly regarded
• A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
