New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Essendon Mitsubishi is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing dealership team. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong sales results in a busy, fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

• Engage with customers in the showroom and across digital channels
• Present and demonstrate Mitsubishi vehicles confidently
• Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
• Work closely with Business Managers to maximise every opportunity
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within dealership systems
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction

What you need:

• Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive advantageous but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated, results-driven mindset
• Confidence in building rapport and closing opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
