The Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and follow‑up. You will work closely with an experienced leadership team in a busy, supportive dealership environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Ford vehicles
• Managing inbound and outbound enquiries including walk‑ins, phone and digital leads
• Organising test drives and trade‑in appraisals
• Presenting finance, insurance and accessory options
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Delivering a professional and consistent customer experience

About You

We are looking for someone who brings energy, integrity and a genuine passion for sales and customer service.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in automotive sales, preferred but not essential
• A customer‑first approach with strong communication skills
• Motivation to achieve and exceed targets
• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
• A current Australian driver’s licence
• The ability to work well in a fast‑paced team environment
