Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing function across our Essendon hub, including Essendon JLR, Essendon Kia, Essendon Ford, and Essendon Mitsubishi. This role will take ownership of the group’s marketing strategy, driving engaging, high-impact campaigns that support the performance and growth of each dealership while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across the network.

About the Role
As the Group Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute all marketing initiatives across our four brands, including:

• Planning and delivering high profile vehicle launches 
• Coordinating exclusive drive days and customer events
• Managing sponsorships and brand partnerships
• Overseeing all digital, social media, and online marketing activity
• Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Ensuring brand alignment with global standards
• Collaborating with internal departments and external agencies

About You

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role (automotive experience highly regarded)
• Strong expertise across digital, social media, and event marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Creative, proactive, and detail oriented
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for premium and lifestyle brands
