About the Role
Essendon Ford & Kia is seeking a results-driven and experienced Fleet Sales Manager to lead our vehicle sales team. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, mentoring a dynamic team, and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their fleet purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Self motivate and have the ability to exceed targets and KPIs
• Implement strategies to drive improvement
• Oversee the full fleet sales process, ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership experience in automotive or fleet sales
• Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of the retail and B2B sales process
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Valid Australian driver’s licence
