Finance and Insurance Consultant

Essendon Mitsubishi is looking for a Finance & Insurance Consultant who can take our customers on that journey - helping them understand their options, feel supported and walk away excited and confident in their new vehicle.

In this role, you'll present finance and insurance products in a clear, professional manner while structuring tailored packages that suit individual needs and budgets. You'll work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion, ensure a seamless handover process, and deliver the exceptional customer experience our dealership is known for.

What you'll be doing:

• Presenting finance and insurance products clearly and professionally
• Structuring finance packages to meet customer requirements and budgets
• Guiding customers through the decision-making process with confidence and influence
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Building strong relationships with guests and supporting a smooth, engaging handover
• Working closely with the sales team to maximise customer satisfaction and outcomes

What we're looking for:

• Experience in automotive finance and/or insurance is preferred
• Proven track record in sales, finance, lending, or similar environments
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and take customers on a clear and confident journey
• Strong attention to detail and solid understanding of compliance obligations
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Australian working rights and a current, valid driver's licence and ability to gain required accreditations
