Finance and Insurance Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Finance and Insurance Consultant to join our Essendon Ford dealership. In this role, you will guide customers through tailored finance and insurance solutions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our sales team to maximise every opportunity while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing personalised finance and insurance solutions to customers

• Meeting sales and compliance targets

• Maintaining accurate documentation and records

• Building strong relationships with customers and team members

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance (preferred)

• Strong sales skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

• Knowledge of finance, insurance, and lending regulations

• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
