Service Receptionist

We are currently seeking an organised, professional, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our busy Service Department. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, premium experience from arrival through to service completion, while supporting the day-to-day operations of the service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a warm, professional, and engaging manner
• Manage incoming calls promptly and efficiently
• Book service appointments via phone and email
• Build rapport with customers both in person and over the phone
• Handle customer enquiries and direct them appropriately
• Support Service Advisors and the workshop team
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and invoicing support
• Ensure reception and customer lounge areas are clean and presentable
• Consistently follow service processes and procedures while delivering a premium experience

About You

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries efficiently
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments
• Confident using Microsoft Office and dealership systems
• Automotive industry experience (desirable but not essential)
