Service Receptionist

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Service Department at Essendon BYD. This role is key to creating a welcoming environment for our guests while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone

• Managing service bookings and customer enquiries

• Coordinating with the service team to ensure accurate job scheduling

• Processing payments and handling general administration

• Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administration role (automotive experience highly regarded)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude

• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Confidence in using computer systems and learning new software quickly

• A professional, well-presented approach
