About the Role

As a BYD Consultant at BYD Essendon, you’ll guide customers through their electric‑vehicle journey — from first enquiry to test drives, product demonstrations, and vehicle delivery. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to be part of the rapidly growing EV market. You’ll play a key part in shaping the guest experience and representing one of the world’s most exciting EV brands.

Skills & Experience
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Ability to build rapport and deliver an exceptional guest experience
· Passion for EV technology and willingness to learn
· Sales experience in automotive or retail (preferred but not essential)
· Self‑motivated with a proactive, positive approach
