New Vehicle Assistant Manager

Working closely with dealership leadership, you will support daily sales operations, coach the team, and ensure strong processes are in place to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

• Support the management of daily new vehicle sales operations
• Assist in coaching and developing Sales Consultants to achieve performance targets
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities and close deals
• Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the purchase journey
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline management, and reporting
• Support stock management and vehicle allocation processes
• Maintain strong product knowledge across BYD’s innovative EV technology

What you need:

• Previous experience in automotive sales
• Leadership or mentoring experience within a dealership environment highly regarded
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Interest in EV technology and emerging automotive trends
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
