About the Role

As our Delivery Coordinator, you will be the key link between our sales team and our guests, ensuring every vehicle handover is seamless, organised and memorable. This role oversees the full delivery process from preparing vehicles and documentation to coordinating schedules and providing exceptional communication. You will play a vital part in creating an outstanding ownership experience for every BYD customer.

Skills and Experience

· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Previous automotive or coordination experience preferred
