Car Care Consultant

An exciting opportunity is now available at Essendon BMW. We are seeking a Car Care Consultant to promote and sell premium vehicle protection products within our high-performing BMW dealership.

You will work closely with our award-winning sales and finance teams to provide customers with value-added protection solutions that enhance their BMW ownership experience.
This is a high-volume, premium dealership environment, where you will receive training and mentorship from a team of top performers with a strong track record of developing successful consultants. About the Role
As a Car Care Consultant, you will receive full training and ongoing support to confidently present and sell a range of vehicle protection products. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a successful career in automotive sales.
Key duties include:
* Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom
* Presenting, demonstrating, and selling vehicle protection products
* Working closely with Sales Consultants, Finance Managers, and Department Managers
* Negotiating, following up, and closing sales opportunities
* Maintaining deal logs and sales records
* Reporting results to management
* Issuing warranty documentation
* Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction

Our Care Sales Consultant role will also include an element of vehicles sales from time to time when enquiry level is high.

About You
Automotive experience is advantageous but not essential. What matters most is your passion for sales, people, and success.
You will bring:

* Strong communication and negotiation skills
