The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Car Care Consultant to join our high-performing team.
In this exciting role, you’ll help our customers protect, enhance, and personalise their new vehicle investment with a range of premium car care and protection products. You’ll be the finishing touch to their new car journey — helping turn a great experience into an unforgettable one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Presenting our premium range of car care and protection products to new car buyers
• Providing tailored recommendations based on each customer’s needs and lifestyle
• Coordinating installation and delivery of purchased products
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless, premium guest experience

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service (automotive experience a bonus!)
• Confidence in communication and a natural ability to build rapport
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• A proactive mindset and exceptional attention to detail
• A current driver’s licence
