Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic aftersales team.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every service experience is professional, seamless, and exceeds expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and assisting with their service requirements
• Scheduling service bookings and maintaining workshop workflow
• Preparing service estimates and explaining recommended repairs
• Liaising with technicians to communicate vehicle updates
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
• Processing invoices and coordinating vehicle collection
• Building strong relationships with returning and new customers

This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and working collaboratively within a team environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, automotive customer service, or similar role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help people
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
• The ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment
• A current driver's licence

Experience within the automotive industry will be highly regarded, however candidates with strong customer service experience from related industries are encouraged to apply.
