What You'll Do
As a Finance & Insurance Consultant, you'll help customers confidently finance and protect one of their biggest investments.
In this role, you'll:

• Guide customers through finance, insurance and vehicle protection options.
• Build genuine relationships based on trust and transparency.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from introduction through to vehicle delivery.
• Work closely with our sales team to deliver a seamless customer buying experience.
• Achieve personal and team performance goals while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.

This role is about more than selling—it's about helping customers make informed decisions with confidence.

Who We're Looking For
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on achieving results and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

• Automotive Finance & Insurance
• Banking or lending
• Retail or commercial finance
• Business development
• High-performing sales
• Customer service

Automotive experience is welcomed but not essential. If you're motivated, customer-focused and eager to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
