Service Receptionist

Our Devonport Service Centre has opening for a full time Service Receptionist.

The Service Receptionist's duties will include answering telephone enquiries; making appointments; data entry; cash and electronic funds handling; closing of invoices, controlling time cards, and related clerical functions as required.  

They may also be responsible for customer satisfaction call-backs which involve contacting customers to ascertain their level of satisfaction with the service offered and responding accordingly.

The successful applicant for this position will need to demonstrate:

• Sound clerical skills
• Can work effectively as a member of a team;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Sound Customer Service;
• The ability to operate effectively in a high volume environment; and sound computer/keyboard skills.
