Health Safety and Environment Business Partner

About the Role

The Regional HSE Business Partner (Tas) provides contemporary workplace health, safety and environmental expertise across operational teams. Working closely with regional leaders, frontline managers, employees and key stakeholders, this role ensures the effective application of Eagers Automotive HSE policies, standards and system procedures.

You will support the development and implementation of HSE performance improvement initiatives, risk mitigation strategies and injury and return to work management.

The position also collaborates with the Enterprise HSE Team, WHS Regional Manager and the Vic/Tas Safety Team to drive organisation-wide initiatives that strengthen a culture where health, safety and environment is embraced and embedded across all business activities.

Skills and Experience
· Demonstrated experience in workplace health, safety and environmental management
· Strong capability in risk mitigation, incident management and HSE systems
· Ability to partner with leaders and employees to influence safe behaviours
· Experience supporting injury management and return to work processes
· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
