About the Role
Webster Trucks are seeking an organised and detail‑focused Truck Sales Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative support to our Truck Sales team based in Derwent Park. This role plays a critical part in ensuring truck sales transactions are processed accurately, documentation is compliant, and customers receive a professional and seamless experience from order through to delivery.
You will work closely with sales consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to support sales outcomes and maintain strong operational standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, processing, and reconciling truck sales documentation within required timeframes
- Managing purchase orders, invoices, fit‑out costs, and supplier reconciliations
- Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to support sales delivery
- Preparing deal packs and documentation for vehicle deliveries
- Registering vehicles and completing all associated paperwork and payments
- Raising and reconciling invoices to manufacturers, customers, and suppliers
- Maintaining accurate records to meet audit and manufacturer requirements
- Supporting month‑end processes, reporting, and commission calculations
- Assisting with marketing activities, online listings, and promotional content
- Providing professional front‑of‑house and phone support to customers as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administration role (automotive experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and experience using business systems
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Current driver’s licence
