Service Advisor – Customer Experience Leader

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate service bookings
• Be the key liaison between customers and the workshop
• Provide technical and general support
• Ensure a smooth, positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate service records and follow-ups

About You:

• Friendly, organised, and solutions-focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Automotive knowledge preferred
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team
• NT Driver’s Licence required
