Receptionist | Admin Support | Customer Service

Full-Time | Darwin, NT

As we grow BYD – one of the world’s fastest-growing electric vehicle brands – we’re looking for a dynamic, organised, and people-focused all-rounder to join our front-of-house team.

This is a hybrid role where no two days are the same. You’ll be welcoming customers, supporting our admin and service teams, and helping us deliver a seamless, professional experience as the first point of contact for our dealership.

Your Role Will Include:

• Welcoming walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
• Answering and directing phone calls promptly and politely
• Managing online service bookings and customer enquiries
• Supporting the admin and service teams with day-to-day tasks
• Keeping the showroom front area neat, welcoming, and organised
• Being a brand ambassador for BYD – representing innovation and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, confident communicator with a passion for customer service
• Excellent multitasking and organisational skills
• Strong phone manner and basic computer skills
• Experience in reception or admin roles (preferred but not essential)
• Positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
• Professional presentation and reliability
• NT Driver’s Licence (preferred)
