Trade Assistant

Coffey Ford is on the lookout for a reliable and hardworking Trade Assistant to join our busy workshop team, located at our BYD & Ford Clayton Pre-Delivery Centre.

This role is ideal for someone who’s keen to get their foot in the door in the automotive industry and learn from an experienced team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting technicians with day-to-day workshop tasks
• Preparing vehicles for new car delivery.
• Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Moving vehicles and parts as required
• Supporting the team wherever needed

What we’re looking for:

• Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
• Interest in automotive or mechanical work
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work well in a team
• Driver’s licence (preferred)
• Previous workshop or labouring experience is a bonus, but not essential
