About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults
- Conducting vehicle inspections and preparing repair recommendations
- Completing warranty and repair documentation accurately
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Participating in ongoing BYD technical training and development
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A qualified Automotive Technician trade certificate
- Experience in dealership or automotive workshop environments
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A current and valid driver's licence
