Technician

Prestige Truck Centre Dandenong South is seeking a qualified and motivated Heavy Vehicle Technician to join our high-performing Service Department. This hands-on workshop role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium and heavy vehicles within a professional and well-equipped dealership environment.

What you will be doing:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain medium and heavy vehicles
• Complete servicing, fault finding, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
• Accurately complete job cards and record all work carried out
• Follow warranty repair procedures and dealership processes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow
• Comply with all workplace health and safety procedures

What you need:

• Trade qualified Heavy Vehicle or Diesel Technician
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and problem solve effectively
• High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
• Team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
• Heavy vehicle licence highly regarded but not essential
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
