Service Manager

Coffey Ford are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our team of dedicated technicians in Dandenong.

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this role will be responsible for providing the best possible service to our customers while simultaneously maintaining an efficient and profitable operation of the service department. The role also has oversight of a high-volume Pre-Delivery Centre, managing approximately 500 repair orders per month, in addition to booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations.

About the role:

• Managing day-to-day operations
• Maintaining positive customer and employee relations
• Maintaining cost control over tools, equipment, sublet repairs and supplies
• Answering customer enquiries and quoting additional work required
• Ensuring all customer requirements are met
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring high quality customer service
• Maintaining a safe work environment throughout the workshop

About you:

You will ideally possess:

• Previous experience in a similar role or extensive experience as a Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager
• Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
• High level of integrity and work ethic
• Drive for customer satisfaction
• Superb interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to implement and maintain change in a busy environment
• Valid Driver’s Licence and Australian working rights
