Pre Delivery Supervisor

Coffey Ford is seeking a Pre-Delivery Supervisor to lead pre-delivery operations within a busy team. This position is responsible for overseeing vehicle preparation, inspections, and delivery readiness while leading a high-performing team to meet quality and timing expectations.

Working closely with internal departments, this role ensures vehicles are prepared to a high standard and delivered on schedule. It suits a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced operations, values quality control, and enjoys developing and motivating teams.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and coordinate the pre-delivery process for customer-ready vehicles
• Oversee new vehicle preparation, accessory fitment, and used vehicle inspections
• Work closely with stock control to monitor and manage delivery schedules
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure vehicles meet required standards
• Allocate and coordinate repair orders and detailing services
• Lead, mentor, and support the pre-delivery team to drive efficiency and professionalism
• Liaise across departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely outcomes

What you need:

• Experience in a pre-delivery, service, or workshop management environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities
• High attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills across operational teams
• HR licence preferred but not essential
• Automotive or heavy vehicle industry experience preferred but not essential
