New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Coffey Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing dealership team. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong sales results in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Representing one of Australia's most recognised automotive brands, you will guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on achieving results, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

What you will be doing:

• Engage with customers in the showroom and across digital channels
• Present and demonstrate Ford vehicles confidently
• Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
• Work closely with Business Managers to maximise every opportunity
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within dealership systems
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction

What you need:

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Automotive sales experience highly regarded but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated, results-driven mindset
• Confidence building rapport and identifying customer needs
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
• Current driver's licence and Australian working rights
