New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Coffey Ford are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time, guest-facing role is ideal for someone passionate about the automotive industry, enjoys building relationships, and thrives on guiding customers through the exciting journey of buying a brand-new vehicle.

As a New Car Sales Consultant, you play a key role in shaping the customer’s buying experience. You’ll educate guests on the latest models, features, and technology, helping them make informed decisions with confidence. This role suits someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and solutions-focused, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

What you will be doing:
·       Engage with customers to understand their new vehicle needs and preferences
·       Present and demonstrate the latest models, features, and technology
·       Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
·       Provide guidance on finance packages, warranties, and add-on options
·       Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers
·       Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

What you’ll bring to the team:
·       Previous sales experience, ideally in automotive or retail, with a focus on consultative selling
·       Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to educate and guide customers through their purchase
·       Confident presenting features, technology, and finance options to customers
·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
·       Self-motivated, professional, and solutions-focused
·       Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
