BYD Finance Team leader

At BYD, we do things a little differently. To support our growing retail network and to efficiently assist our customers into their new vehicles, we have created a virtual remote environment, that we call our Financial Services Hive.

Our Hive assists our customers with Finance, Leasing, Insurance, Cosmetic Repair Programs and our range of exclusive premium Car Care products.

With the support of state-of-the-art technologies, our customers interact with the Hive in an omnichannel capacity, allowing them the freedom to pick their own journey.

About the role:

Lead our finance, car care and sales teams with coaching, guidance and support

• Embrace the challenge to build the framework that will take our Hive to industry leading heights
• Assist in developing and managing KPI’s to meet business objectives
• Ensure the team facilitate the finance and insurance solutions for dealership guests with integrity and unparalleled customer service
• Act as a conduit between the Hive and our BYD Experience Centres, working closely with our site managers to facilitate seamless customer journeys.  Generate and present performance reports to senior management.

• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ability to demonstrate your outstanding achievements in current and previous role(s)?
• Financial savviness, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to think on your feet?
• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy?
• Be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident and hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
