BYD Consultant

Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, BYD Dandenong is seeking motivated and customer-focused BYD Sales Consultants to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the market.

What you will be doing:

• Engage with customers in the showroom and across digital channels
• Present and demonstrate BYD vehicles and technology confidently
• Guide customers through the full sales journey from enquiry to delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
• Work closely with Business Managers to maximise every opportunity
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within dealership systems
• Deliver a professional and engaging customer experience at every interaction

What you need:

• Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive advantageous but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated, results-driven mindset
• Confidence in building rapport and closing opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
• Interest in EV technology and the future of automotive
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
