About the Role

We are seeking a customer focused Delivery Coordinator to manage the final steps of the ownership journey. You will schedule handover appointments, prepare each vehicle, complete final checks and paperwork, and conduct a professional handover on the day. You will work closely with Sales, Pre-Delivery, F&I and Admin to make sure every delivery is accurate, timely, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Book and confirm handover appointments, set clear expectations

• Coordinate vehicle readiness with PD, accessories, plates, manuals and charging kits

• Complete delivery checklists and system updates before release

• Present key features, set up Bluetooth, BYD app and charging options

• Maintain accurate CRM notes and delivery trackers, report daily handover status

• Keep the handover bay tidy and support general showroom presentation

Skills & Experience

• Strong customer service skills, confident communicator in person and by phone

• Coordination or admin experience in a fast paced environment

• High attention to detail, comfortable following checklists and deadlines

• Tech savvy, quick to learn apps and in-car systems, EV interest welcomed

• Current Australian driver licence, manual driving preferred

• Dealership experience helpful, not essential
