• Gain Practical Experience by working directly with experienced mechanics on a wide range of vehicle systems and models.
• Develop Core Mechanical Skills, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance.
• Learn BYD’s Safety Standards, mastering critical procedures and protocols that ensure quality and compliance.
• Participate in a Structured Apprenticeship Program that includes formal training, mentorship, and continuous development.
• Collaborate with a Skilled Team, contributing ideas and learning from knowledgeable technicians in a supportive environment.
• Support Vehicle Innovation, playing a role in testing, development, and advancement of next-generation vehicles.
