Truck Driver

About the Role

Dalby Pre‑Delivery Centre are seeking reliable and safety‑focused Truck Drivers to join our team on a casual basis, supporting vehicle transport and logistics operations.

This role has day and night shifts available Monday to Sunday.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of vehicles between sites, supporting pre‑delivery operations and ensuring delivery schedules are met.

This is a hands‑on role well suited to someone who takes pride in safe driving practices and enjoys working as part of a coordinated logistics team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Transport vehicles between pre‑delivery sites and dealership locations
• Load and unload vehicles safely and securely
• Complete delivery documentation and paperwork accurately
• Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after transport
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of transport equipment
• Comply with road safety, fatigue management, and company policies
• Work closely with yard, pre‑delivery, and logistics teams to meet operational schedules

Skills & Experience

• Current Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) licence (essential)
• Previous experience transporting vehicles or operating car carriers (desirable)
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills and professional approach
• Solid understanding of fatigue management and safe loading practices
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts across a seven‑day roster
