Service Receptionist

About the Role

Black Toyota Dalby are seeking a professional and friendly Service Receptionist to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing efficient front‑desk and administrative support to ensure a smooth service experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet service guests on arrival and assist with enquiries
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Support Service Advisors with administrative and coordination tasks
• Maintain accurate records and guest information
• Manage bookings and assist with service scheduling as required
• Ensure the service reception area is kept clean, organised, and professional at all times

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role highly regarded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Current driver’s licence
