Dalby Ford – General Manager

Dalby Ford are currently looking for a General Manager to join our newly established site based on Drayton Street, Dalby. Reporting to our General Manager for QLD Provincial, you will be known for delivering the ultimate guest experience, developing innovative ways of driving business results, and will personally lead and inspire a high performing and engaged sales team. You will be responsible for the operations at our Dalby location, being a strong advocate for our Company Values & known for executing strategies that deliver high returns.

About this role: 

• Manage operations at our Dalby location, including driving KPI’s (Customer, Manufacturer and Dealership)
• Manage sales department to achieve targets including customer experience targets
• Oversee service and parts operations and provide support to service manager
• Develop your team to ensure positive and proactive experiences for our customers
• Build positive relationships with customers and attract future customers
• Ensuring a seamless sales process, inclusive of finance and car care opportunities
• Understanding and being responsive to customer’s needs 

 Must haves:

• Hands-on Sales Management
• Ability to lead & motivate the sales team, maintaining a customer focused, performance orientated team culture
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Automotive Sales or Dealer Licence
• Experience as a Sales Manager in an Automotive Dealership is advantageous
• A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing the challenge!
