Registration Clerk

About the Role

BYD Clayton is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Registration Clerk to join our dealership team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly and takes pride in accuracy, compliance, and process.

You will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are registered correctly and on time, supporting both our sales team and guests through a smooth delivery experience.

Roster: Tuesday to Saturday

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and submit vehicle registration and licensing paperwork
• Liaise with transport authorities, internal teams, and external partners
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes
• Maintain registration records and systems
• Support vehicle deliveries by ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Respond to internal queries regarding registration status
• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in registration, administration, or dealership support roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• Confident using systems and Microsoft Office
• Professional communication skills
• Organised, reliable, and solutions-focused
• Australian working rights
