Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Delivery Coordinator to join our BYD Delivery Centre and create exceptional handover experiences for customers collecting their new vehicles. This role plays a key part in delivering the final and most memorable stage of the customer journey.

You will be responsible for presenting vehicles to customers, demonstrating key features and technology, and ensuring every onsite pick-up is smooth, professional, and exciting.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct professional vehicle handovers for customers collecting their new BYD
• Present vehicle features, technology, and operating functions confidently
• Demonstrate how to use infotainment, charging, safety, and vehicle systems
• Ensure vehicles are presented in immaculate condition prior to delivery
• Confirm all delivery documentation is complete and accurate
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure vehicles are ready for handover
• Provide a seamless and exciting onsite pick-up experience
• Answer customer questions and ensure confidence in vehicle operation before departure

What you need:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or automotive delivery advantageous
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence explaining technology and product features
• Passion for customer experience and attention to detail
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Interest in EV technology and the automotive industry
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
