We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join our BYD Centre and manage the delivery scheduling process for new vehicle customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring every customer is booked efficiently and experiences a smooth, professional handover journey.

Acting as the key point of contact between purchase and delivery, you will coordinate bookings, manage customer communication, and work closely with internal teams to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time.

What you will be doing:

  • Contact customers to schedule and confirm new vehicle delivery appointments
  • Manage the delivery booking calendar and coordinate handover times
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers between sale and delivery
  • Liaise with sales, pre-delivery, and administration teams to ensure vehicle readiness
  • Confirm all required documentation is completed prior to handover
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and update dealership systems
  • Ensure customers receive clear communication throughout the delivery process
  • Deliver a professional and positive handover experience

 

What you need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, coordination, bookings, or administration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • High attention to detail and process accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using computer systems and managing schedules
  • Interest in automotive / EV technology highly regarded
  • Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
