What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively sourcing and securing new fleet opportunities
• Targeting large commercial, SME, and government prospects
• Building long-term B2B relationships
• Managing the full sales cycle — prospecting through to delivery
• Working closely with dealership leadership and OEM stakeholders
• Driving volume, margin and long-term growth in the BYD fleet space

This is a true business development role. We want someone who loves the chase.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven fleet sales experience (automotive preferred)
• Strong B2B sales background
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business
• Commercially savvy and numbers-driven
• High energy, self-motivated and resilient
• Comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers
• Passion or interest in EV and emerging automotive tech
