At BYD, we do things a little differently. To support our growing retail network and to efficiently assist our customers into their new vehicles, we have created a virtual remote environment, that we call our Financial Services Hive.

Our Hive assists our customers with Finance, Leasing, Insurance, Cosmetic Repair Programs and our range of exclusive premium Car Care products.

With the support of state-of-the-art technologies, our customers interact with the Hive in an omnichannel capacity, allowing them the freedom to pick their own journey.

About the role:

• Sale of Finance, Leasing, Insurance & Car Care products
• Support our sales teams in the Experience Centres by enabling sales through financial services
• Record all customer interaction data within the lead management system.
• Strict adherence with all regulatory compliance measures.
• Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets/penetration rates.

Do you have?

• Ability to demonstrate your outstanding achievements in current and previous role(s)?
• Financial savviness, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to think on your feet?
• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy?
• Be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident and hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
